Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and success in the Accessories market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Key Account turnover and P&L responsibility for the Accessories business, ensuring alignment with our portfolio management approach.
  • Secure listings and sell-out of ranging, implementing innovations and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Optimize infrastructure within the Key Account, including logistics, IT, finance, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Develop Key Account strategic plans in collaboration with Power Tool teams to drive business growth.
  • Plan and forecast Key Account turnover and volume, ensuring alignment with logistics and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally on annual agreements, tenders, and category management to drive business success.
  • Manage Annual Trading Terms process, Pricing, and customer negotiations within pre-defined parameters and timeline.
  • Manage Key Accounts financials, including credits, open receivables, projected sales allowances/cost concessions, and escalate for support where required.
  • Keep stakeholders informed internally on Key Account activities and provide feedback on market performance/activity.
  • Organize and manage trade fairs, catalogue creation, Point of Sale assets, and other Key Account-specific activities or promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Sales, with a strong understanding of the Accessories market.
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management experience, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Power Tools Product and Assortment knowledge, with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
