Key Responsibilities- Sales Promotion: Advocate for the successful sales of video surveillance products to a diverse customer base.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for Systems Integrator customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales representatives from Distribution Partners to identify and develop key target accounts.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by enhancing the share of wallet with existing clients.
- Account Development: Manage and cultivate key accounts within the framework of the X2 Connect Partner Program.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue incremental opportunities with new customers across the complete product range.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits and presentations to foster strong relationships with customers.
- Strategic Implementation: Execute customer strategies for local branches of major accounts to support broader business plans.
- Opportunity Maximization: Collaborate with Specification/Business Development and Distribution Management teams to leverage business opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within the authorization framework for accounts in the region.
- System Design: Deliver foundational system designs to meet customer project specifications.
- Technical Communication: Effectively communicate project requirements to the technical Application Design Engineering team.
- Quotation Delivery: Provide and present Bill of Quantities and pricing proposals highlighting key benefits.
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects and facilitate a smooth handover process.
- Market Insights: Gather and relay feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Data Management: Maintain customer-related data through CRM systems to track activities and opportunities.
- Project Registration: Support the registration and management of customer projects, including demand forecasting.
- Cross-Border Support: Assist in cross-border sales opportunities and collaboration.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations at customer locations and events to showcase product capabilities.
- Proven experience in sales roles focused on video surveillance products.
- Preferred location within the South West Region.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, including IP-based video solutions.
- Experience in business-to-business sales.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and pricing strategies.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products to a range of stakeholders.
- Adaptable communication style to suit various client levels.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with strong leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of channel management and key account management.
