Position Overview:

This pivotal role involves managing HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless integration of human resources practices. The position is primarily administrative, emphasizing meticulous data management and adherence to HR protocols. You will play a crucial role in handling employee relations (ER) matters, which includes conducting thorough investigations and facilitating termination discussions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precision in HR reporting, employee documentation, and compliance oversight.
  • Effectively manage ER cases with confidence and professionalism.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and policy execution.
  • Implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure HR practices are current and compliant with regulations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 certification is essential.
  • Demonstrated HR experience with a strong emphasis on data management.
  • Proficient in independently managing ER cases.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to make calm and effective decisions under pressure.
