This role is ideal for individuals with experience in tech environments or a strong interest in the field. You should have a track record of implementing learning and development initiatives and the ability to quickly build effective relationships with managers. Experience working with diverse teams across different regions is a plus, though not mandatory.

  • Gain exposure to various European cultures and practices.
  • Influence talent management and development opportunities meaningfully.
  • Be part of a strategic team focused on development, culture, and fairness.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range based on experience.
  • Generous holiday allowance, including public holidays.
  • Performance-based bonus structure.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
  • Comprehensive pension scheme and life insurance.
  • Access to various employee benefits, including travel loans and retail discounts.

At Clear Channel UK, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We prioritize skills and behaviors, and we welcome individuals who are eager to shape the future of out-of-home media.
