We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized Human Resources and Culture Advisor to become a vital member of our People, Culture & Talent division.

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating employee engagement discussions (Culture Conversations) at critical points throughout the employee journey, engaging with individuals across all tiers of the organization.

Your analytical capabilities will be essential in examining and interpreting the data collected during the Culture Conversations, enabling you to generate both routine and special reports to communicate your insights.

  • Organize and facilitate Culture Conversations
  • Maintain records of Culture Conversations
  • Analyze and interpret data obtained from Culture Conversations
  • Design and prepare regular and special people analytics reports
  • Evaluate feedback from external platforms
