Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

Accor, a leading global hospitality group, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Novotel London West Hotel. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent & Culture Manager with various HR-related tasks, including onboarding, administrative duties, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
  • Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external legal support as needed.
  • Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
  • Drive improvement and ensure best service.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified with excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written.
