Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
