Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

At Venn Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner team, assisting with employee relations cases, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practices to employees and managers.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage occupational health case administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the general HR inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take meeting notes during selected HR-related meetings and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
