Key Responsibilities- Build supportive relationships with young people and their families
- Assist with the creation and implementation of support plans

- Work independently to provide support and guidance to young people
- Experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16 to 20
- Ability to manage challenging behavior and motivate positive change
