Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Home Group. As a key member of our housing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the health and safety of our buildings, including patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring all areas are secure.
  • Provide first-line support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and update records as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with our wider team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the quality of our services.

Requirements

  • Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience of working in a residential or community setting, with a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
