Role Overview

As a Housing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will provide essential support services, maintain building safety, and contribute to a positive living environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer first-line assistance to residents, acting as a point of contact in the absence of other support systems.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure building security and safety.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing immediate assistance and support.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and well-kept living environment by assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in public service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial.
