Job Summary

Chase is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing account plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Identify areas of customer alignment around our brand and disease areas, and develop strategies to approach key stakeholders, ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery.
  • Payer and Clinician Engagement: Deliver agreed payer and clinician-facing actions in the local account plan, influencing key stakeholders by delivering a compelling brand value proposition to ensure optimal formulary and guidelines positions across our portfolio.
  • Business Development: Develop schemes of work that support local implementation of formulary adoption, shaping the local health economy to design and procure services that improve diagnosis and management of disease within our portfolio and customers' priorities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ensure sales targets are met, using a multi-channel campaign to ensure appropriate customer uptake and awareness.

Requirements

  • ABPI Qualification: Must be ABPI qualified.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the NHS, commercial, and regulatory environment.
  • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical skills.
  • Local Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the local environment and patient pathways.
  • Account Management: Clear understanding and experience of account management.
  • Commercial Experience: Excellent experience of formulary and patient pathways, commercial acumen, and submission of business proposals and business case submission.
