Senior Key Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Planning and Strategy
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders and decision-makers across the NHS and healthcare industry
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, clinicians, and influencers
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and influence stakeholders to drive business growth
- Business Development and Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the UK market
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Commercial Acumen and Analytical Skills
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment in the UK
- Apply analytical skills to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- ABPI qualified
- Up to date knowledge of the NHS, commercial, and regulatory environment
- High level of analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of the local environment and patient pathways
- Clear understanding and experience of account management
- Excellent experience of formulary and patient pathways
- Commercial acumen
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
