Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the creation and implementation of account plans, while effectively interacting with payers, clinicians, and other key decision-makers and influencers across primary and secondary care.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Identify areas of customer/account alignment around the relevant brand and disease areas, and develop strategies to approach key stakeholders, ensuring advocacy development based on local environmental knowledge and healthcare delivery.
- Payer and Clinician Engagement: Deliver agreed payer and clinician-facing actions in the local account plan, influencing key stakeholders by delivering a compelling brand value proposition to ensure optimal formulary and guidelines positions across the portfolio.
- Local Health Economy Development: Shape the local health economy to design and procure services that improve diagnosis and management of disease within our portfolio and customers' priorities.
- Sales Performance: Ensure sales targets are met through effective use of a multi-channel campaign to ensure appropriate customer uptake and awareness.
Requirements
- ABPI Qualification: Must be ABPI qualified.
- Commercial Acumen: Possess a high level of analytical skills, with a strong knowledge of the NHS, commercial, and regulatory environment.
- Local Knowledge: Have a clear understanding and experience of account management, with excellent experience of formulary and patient pathways.
- Business Development: Be able to develop schemes of work that support local implementation of formulary adoption and submission of business proposals and business case submissions.
