Key Account Manager

Bestway Healthcare UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the sales volume, value, and margin of our key accounts in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and deliver a critical path to growing existing and onboarding new key accounts, maximizing sales of generic, parallel import, and OTC products.
- Prospect and Onboard New Accounts: Identify and capitalize on upselling, cross-selling, and new product opportunities, leveraging customer data, deals, and new offerings.
- Manage Account Profitability: Maximize volume and margin by managing account profitability (P&L).
- Strong Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the pharmacy industry, trends, and challenges faced by key accounts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, account holders, and internal teams.
- Numerate and Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and excellent attention to detail.
- Valid UK Driving License: Ability to travel and reside near the region.
