Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
    • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders and decision-makers across the NHS and healthcare industry
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, clinicians, and influencers
    • Develop and execute strategies to engage and influence stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the UK market
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Commercial Acumen and Analytical Skills
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment in the UK
    • Apply analytical skills to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • ABPI qualified
    • Up to date knowledge of the NHS, commercial, and regulatory environment
    • High level of analytical skills
    • Strong knowledge of the local environment and patient pathways
    • Clear understanding and experience of account management
    • Excellent experience of formulary and patient pathways
    • Commercial acumen
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
