If so, we invite you to consider the position of Assistant Site Supervisor within our service operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing service and maintenance operations, guiding the technician team, and stepping in as Site Supervisor when necessary. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the effective execution of the Service and Maintenance contract, with a strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Effectively coordinating site personnel and distributing tasks
  • Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
  • Managing resources to meet performance objectives within budget constraints
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and addressing concerns promptly
  • Leading and supervising shift staff, monitoring attendance, and optimizing infrastructure
  • Securing work permissions, approving Risk Assessment Method Statements, and supporting technician recruitment and development
  • Generating precise site reports and assisting in site planning
  • Verifying SAP data and overseeing hours logged on service orders
