Deputy Site Manager - East Anglia ONE Wind Farm

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Site Manager to join our service operations at the East Anglia ONE wind farm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the wind farm.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all site personnel and effectively distribute tasks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Manage resources efficiently to achieve performance targets within budget constraints.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Lead and manage shift staff, monitor sickness reporting, and ensure infrastructure optimization.
  • Obtain work permissions, approve Risk Assessment Method Statements, and support technician hiring and development.
  • Produce accurate site reports and assist in site planning activities.
  • Verify SAP data and oversee hours booking on service orders.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operational delivery, preferably within an offshore setting.
  • A track record of supporting delivery and operational leaders.
  • Demonstrated line management experience in a fast-paced environment.
