Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services in a registered care home.

About the Role: As Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, and that service users receive the best possible support to promote growth and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of care services in line with CQC requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure service users receive the highest standards of professional support and care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote growth and independence.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams.
  • Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care plans.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
