Deputy Nurse Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager in our exceptional care home based in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care and support.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and external care professionals.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, induction and training program, and costs for an enhanced DBS.
