Deputy Nurse Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager in our care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care and support.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff, and maintain excellent relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.

We are looking for someone with a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, induction and training programme, and costs for an enhanced DBS.
