Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to join our team at People With Energy Recruitment Limited. As a Market Analyst, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the global energy transition by providing market analysis and insights to our clients in the offshore wind industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of regulatory and policy developments, technology advancements, and market trends in the global offshore wind and subsea power cable markets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the offshore wind industry, including project pipelines, site characteristics, and supply chain trends.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations to our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market analysis and forecasting models.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, and provide insights and recommendations to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, numeric, or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Access/SQL and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
