**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Materials Handling Training Instructor to join our team at Maersk Training. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients in the wind industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Training and Assess Delegates: You will be responsible for delivering training and assessing delegates in accordance with GWO training standards.
- Review and Update Course Material: You will review, update, and develop course material according to GWO standards.
- Ensure Safe Training Delivery: You will ensure that all training is delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain Equipment: You will ensure that all equipment is maintained and kept in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Conduct Safety Inspections: You will conduct relevant safety inspections of all equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience in Training Delivery: You must have a solid background in delivering training within the wind industry.
- Organizational Skills: You must be a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Skills: You must be familiar with computer systems and have a good understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
- Education and Training: You must have a L3 award in education and training or equivalent.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: You must be able to work individually and as part of a team, and have a flexible attitude to work and be willing to travel.
