**About Us:** Windcat Workboats BV is a leading provider of specialist crew transfer vessels to the offshore industry. We are committed to delivering safe and efficient operations, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Crewing Team.
Key Responsibilities:- **Crew Planning:** Assist the Crew Planner in planning and coordinating crew schedules for the European Fleet and smaller UK sites, ensuring qualified manning of vessels across the Fleet.
- **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support to the Crew Training Administrator, including monitoring expiration of relevant mandatory certification for crew, course bookings for additional non-mandatory training, and general administrative assistance.
- **Travel and Accommodation:** Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for crew members, as necessary.
- **Communication:** Adapt communication style and language to audience, ensuring effective communication with crew members and other stakeholders.
- **Education:** Relevant education or experience in a related field.
- **Skills:** Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in administrative software and systems.
- **Certifications:** Relevant certifications, such as ENG1 Medicals, passports, and GMDSS GOC/ROC.
- **Fixed-term Contract:** One-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
- **International Organization:** Full-time employment in an international organization.
