Store Supervisor at JD Sports

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. Taking charge of various tasks to ensure that store targets are met, you will also be the point of contact in the Manager's absence, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and dress code for the team.
  • Utilize customer service metrics to enhance the overall experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Interpret relevant reports to drive sales performance.
  • Utilize in-store technology for optimal sales outcomes.
  • Analyze store performance metrics to improve sales.
  • Implement visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
  • Ensure store displays are visually appealing and priced correctly.
  • Keep merchandise clean and presentable at all times.
  • Support staff development and internal progression.
  • Monitor training progress and facilitate staff training programs.
  • Prioritize management development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Retail Management.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
