Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive considerate and responsible service throughout their visit, resolving inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Sales: Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding targets, utilizing in-store devices, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
- Visual Merchandising: Attract and engage customers through effective visual merchandising techniques, ensuring that store displays are clean, presentable, and accurately priced.
- Training and Development: Develop and mentor internal staff, promoting progression within the group and ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
