Customer Success Manager - Account Manager

Join Red Rhino Solutions, a leading provider of Telecommunication products and solutions to business clients in the UK, as a Customer Success Manager - Account Manager. This exciting sales role involves proactively supporting the Sales Teams with high value customers in a customer success/project management capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Managers and teams in achieving all business targets by dealing with any service issues and additional upsell and upgrade opportunities.
  • Provide a single point of contact directly for high value clients.
  • Manage the pre- and post-sale relationship with high value clients.
  • Liaise with internal departments to arrange escalations where necessary on any delayed serviced to the client.
  • Create business cases to resolve any issues with billing or service and follow through to completion.
  • Ensure the highest standard of professional conduct and service to both customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales account management - any experience of project management is a bonus.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Good problem solver and a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Be accurate, detail orientated and the ability to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • You will be able to handle high workloads and prioritise tasks.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
