About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the renewal of our customers' SafeWorkforce consultancy subscription.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their service expectations are being met.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure all customer interactions are documented and tracked in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our customer success strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
