Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our operations in and around our business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of professionals, including subcontractors, employees, and administration staff.
  • Ensure team members are working efficiently and following all health and safety protocols and customer processes.
  • Manage the availability and storage of chemicals and equipment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our staff and customers in the region.
  • Perform administrative duties as directed by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to organize and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within the business development or operations department.
  • Understanding of quality processes and health and safety protocols.

Salary will be discussed at the interview, with a target earnings potential of £50,000 depending on experience.
