This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great company within the soft tissue reconstruction sector of the medical industry. A respected company with a great range of products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Sales Team to cover Scotland.
The Company:

The Role:
- This is a field based Business Development Manager role, covering Scotland and the Northeast of England, but mostly focused on the central belt in Scotland.
- Speaking with various individuals and KOL’s throughout the NHS and Private healthcare sector, focused on soft tissue reconstruction products.
- You will be speaking to consultants and other key surgical staff, winning confidence in the products and service provided by your award winning company.
- You will be focused on target hospitals and trusts, while maintaining existing relationships, growing the customer base across your region.
- Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development
The Package:
- Basic up to £60k
- Bonus scheme is uncapped and your can double your basic, and more

The Ideal Person:
- Someone with any soft tissue reconstruction / surgical mesh sales experience is suitable for this position, as long as you know the products well and have experience with the KOL's in the sector.
- However, someone with general surgical, abdominal, colorectal surgical product sales or other medical device sales experience into theatre would be considered for the role.
- A good attitude and strong sales background are essential, this is not an account management role, you need to enjoy winning new business.
- Someone with a strong clinical background would be ideal, but this is not essential, as long as you have the suitable mesh sales experience.
- Candidates must live in the Scotland, along the M8 corridor or very close to it.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry).
