The Potteries are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for patients, from initial history taking to clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

What We Offer
- Annual Salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification
Experience
- Desirable: Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- It is preferred that the ideal candidate is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
