We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Clinical Hub team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to bring your advanced clinical skills to an organization dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services in secure environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership for the mental health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the management of complex cases.
- Act as a role model, maintaining professional standards and ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
- Support senior clinicians on site, providing clinical input for all patients and ensuring the application of the most up-to-date treatment methodology.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the effective management of patient care and the delivery of high-quality services.
- Registered Nurse Adult, Mental Health with current NMC registration / Registered Allied Healthcare Professional with current HCPC registration.
- Independent / supplementary prescriber qualification.
- MSc in Advanced Practice / relevant practice experience.
- Completion of British Geriatric Society Tier 3 Frailty or willingness to work towards.
