Position Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Service Analysts to enhance our operations at Oxford University Press. In this role, you will be instrumental in addressing technical challenges, offering insightful recommendations, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders is vital to fulfill and surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and prioritizing technical issues
- Conducting thorough root cause analysis
- Managing defect prioritization processes
- Utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and sharing knowledge within the team
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proactive approach with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Effective priority management skills
- Quick adaptability to new systems and processes
- Collaborative mindset with resourcefulness
Experience in the publishing sector is advantageous, and proficiency in Spanish is highly valued for one of the roles. ITIL training will be available following the probationary period.
