Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the United Kingdom and supporting the growth of our global engineering manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Defence, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Construction, and other engineering sectors
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Defence, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Construction, and other engineering sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
