We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our management team as Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with another Operations Manager to ensure the effective implementation of directly commissioned services, while adhering to established service design and quality benchmarks. You will also oversee the recruitment, management, and mentorship of the staff team involved in these services. Flexibility is key, as you will provide mutual support across various services.
The ideal candidate will excel in team dynamics, ensuring focus and efficiency in service delivery. You should possess a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, safeguarding practices, and the complexities surrounding multiple needs. Creativity, proven leadership experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships both within the organization and with external stakeholders.

A solid understanding of contract management and the ability to produce comprehensive reports and presentations for diverse audiences is vital.
