Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics network.

A Day in the Life:
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productive as it can be. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You will also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or logistics.
- People Management Experience: Relevant experience in people management, including leading teams and managing performance.
- Data Analysis: Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean and Six Sigma: Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
- Logistics Experience: Experience working in another logistics environment.
- MS Office: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
