Operations Manager

Future Network Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our operations, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Co-ordination: Schedule and coordinate programmed and reactive works, ensuring that the correct labour and vehicles are assigned to works.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all site-specific risk assessments and method statements are completed and up-to-date.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and report any damages or losses to the relevant manager.
- Operative Training: Identify operative training requirements and ensure that all operatives receive the necessary training.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively solve organisational problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Holiday Management: Monitor operative holidays and entitlement of holidays.
- Meetings and Communication: Conduct and arrange site and office meetings to meet third-party expectations.
- Culture and Morale: Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Compliance: Ensure that all legal compliance is met and that non-conformances are identified and highlighted to senior management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer satisfaction is paramount and that all customer expectations are met.
- Reporting: Produce monthly timesheets and assist HR and other management with recruitment.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that vehicle maintenance and repairs are reported in a timely fashion.
- Cad Drawings: Complete company drawing register to record accurately the client, cost, location, and type of works all traffic management plans relate to.
- Site Audits: Conduct site audits to ensure that all site-specific requirements are met.
