About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the office and operational tasks.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Review completed customer orders, verify accuracy, and agreed project delivery timescales.
  • Review the current use of our ERP system and implement changes to improve system usage and the quality of orders.
  • Build strong cross-team relationships and communication between sales, customer service, production, finance, and other departments.
  • Review general office and operational processes and implement new ways of working as and when required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for IT/Software issues and report to external providers to resolve issues as and when they occur.
  • Responsible for the ad-hoc general office-based Health and Safety policy, including conducting monthly checks, annual risk assessments, and Display Screen Assessments.
  • Ensure that new employees joining the business have all the necessary equipment and required paperwork prior to commencement.
  • Organize and oversee ad-hoc office maintenance and routine maintenance visits when required.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Office Administrator, Operations Assistant, or similar within an office-based environment.
  • Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a good level of general confidence around learning new systems.
  • Experience of implementing new processes and systems to improve business productivity.
