We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our management team as Operations Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with another Operations Manager to ensure the successful implementation of our directly commissioned services, maintaining adherence to service design and quality benchmarks while overseeing the recruitment, management, and guidance of the staff team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership skills, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively. You should have a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, safeguarding practices, and the complexities of multiple needs. Creativity, experience in motivating teams, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for building productive relationships both within and outside the organization.

Familiarity with contract management and the ability to produce comprehensive reports and presentations for diverse audiences is vital.
