This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to join COREcruitment Ltd as a Future Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-site group role, responsible for openings and sales growth, with a strong focus on customer service and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership teams, stakeholders, and customers to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, facilities management, and programming and planning in a variety of environments.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of £10 million revenue.
    • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
    • A passion for customer service and the hospitality sector.
    • Able to work autonomously, with a strong sense of vision and commitment to long-term goals.
