We are seeking a professional to collaborate closely with our vendor and Project Management team to facilitate a seamless rollout of our ERP solution.
Your role will encompass overseeing the ongoing IT operations, ensuring the effective management of hardware, software, and network systems. You will serve as the primary liaison for various vendors and support partners within the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Project Manager and service providers to implement IT improvements that enhance business processes.
- Manage changes within the IT environment to mitigate risks to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues concerning hardware, software, and network systems.
- Act as a vital stakeholder in the ERP implementation project, including the specification and deployment of shop floor data capture technology.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading IT service transition activities in both physical and cloud environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Office365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong grasp of network and server infrastructure.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Proven track record in IT management roles.
- In-depth understanding of network support, disaster recovery, and systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
