Impactive IT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operational Resilience Manager to lead our Operational Resilience team and drive the development of our Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, and Operational Continuity in Resolution frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Operational Resilience team and support senior stakeholders in delivering an effective and timely Operational Resilience framework and work plan aligned to our strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Provide Operational Resilience Team management, including prioritization of work, and participate in leadership activities across the department.
- Prepare and present governance and regulatory papers and updates as required for relevant committees.
- Ensure Operational Resilience and OCIR regulatory publications, policy, rules, and guidance are reviewed, interpreted, and effectively incorporated into our strategy and work plans.
- Develop and implement Business Continuity Management frameworks, including Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Planning, and Testing activities.
- Establish and maintain Incident Response frameworks to ensure effective coordination of crisis management and response & recovery actions during business interruptions.
- Support Incident Response activities as required, including leading the Business Response Team during tests and real scenarios.
- Ensure the end-to-end procurement and supplier life cycle is followed for all third parties supporting Operational Resilience activities, with supplier relationships appropriately managed.
- Clearly define and embed Operational Resilience and Business Continuity requirements and assurance activities in Change and Supplier Management processes.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing performance of an Operational Resilience or equivalent team.
- Experience of Business Continuity Management frameworks and Incident Response/Crisis Management.
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience regulatory requirements and how they are applied in a Financial Services context.
- Knowledge of Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) regulatory requirements to support the OCIR Barrier Lead in achieving our Resolvability obligations.
- Ability to lead/co-ordinate and prioritize multi-faceted workloads.
- Proven ability in identifying and documenting risks and the design and/or recommendation of appropriate controls for Operational Resilience within an appropriate framework.
- Ability to analyse and interpret wide-ranging information, identifying recommendations with thought leadership.
- Ability to engage, influence, and work in partnership with senior stakeholders, including peers (internal and external, SLT, ExCo, and our Regulators).
