About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Resilience Manager to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a key member of our Financial Resilience Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the wider FCA in minimising potential harms arising from weaknesses in firms' financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and support a team to ensure delivery of goals and objectives
  • Provide oversight of financial resilience, risk management, and wind-down assessments
  • Contribute to the strategy of the department and wider division
  • Lead on certain issues and projects, including reviews of groups of firms from a prudential perspective
  • Performance manage a team of around 8 staff, coaching and developing team members
  • Role model and ensure the team demonstrates the right behaviours
