About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in enabling the achievement of HR and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business dynamics and provide strategic HR support to drive value-added interventions.
- Provide HR Support: Offer expert HR guidance and support to drive business growth and improvement, influencing positive changes across the organization.
- Lead Business Projects: Lead and support organization-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Deliver HR Services: Provide consistent, high-quality HR services focused on customer satisfaction, working in unison with HR Advisors and Assistants to form a cohesive Business Partnering team.
Requirements:
- Proven HR Experience: Proven track record of successful interventions in people management, with a strong understanding of HR strategies and organizational development.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled in advising senior leadership on HR strategies to achieve organizational goals, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
- Change Management: Proficient in leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Current knowledge of Asylum & Immigration regulations, with experience in managing visa processes and sponsorship duties.
- Union Engagement: Experienced in engaging with trade unions and staff representatives, with a strong understanding of collective bargaining and employee relations.
