Zachary Daniels is a leading retail organization seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to support its retail estate in the Midlands region. This role will play a critical part in driving business success by providing strategic HR expertise and guidance to store managers and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- **Support the People Agenda**: Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Build Credible Relationships**: Foster strong relationships with store managers, leadership teams, and employees to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.
- **Address HR Issues**: Provide timely and effective resolution to day-to-day HR issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- **Support Change**: Work closely with the leadership team to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
- **Provide HR Advice**: Offer expert guidance on employment law, performance management, and talent development to ensure compliance and best practices.
- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably as a generalist HR partner.
- **Strong ER Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in employment relations, with the ability to constructively challenge stakeholders.
- **CIPD Credentials**: Advantageous, but not essential.
- **Corporate Experience**: Experience working across corporate and head office functions.
- **Autonomy and Decision-Making**: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- **Influencing Skills**: Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding core values.
- **Problem-Solving**: Solution-oriented, well-organized, and innovative problem-solving skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits.
