Senior HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR Administrator to join our team at HR Revolution. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality HR administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.
  • Support the HR Business Partners in delivering HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Manage HR-related data and maintain accurate records.
  • Draft and issue HR documentation, including contracts, handbooks, and templates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in HR and employment law, with a desire to expand knowledge and develop a career in HR.
  • Relevant HR accreditations, such as CIPD or Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
