Property Administrator Opportunity

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Administrator to join our team in Wells. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Register and qualify new applicants for property sales or purchases, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Manage applicant databases and maintain accurate records
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with property sales, including booking appointments and preparing advertising materials
  • Provide flexible support to the sales team, assisting with various property sale tasks as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries both in and out of the office, ensuring prompt and effective communication
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to prepare weekly advertising and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in IT and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable experience in the property industry, but not essential
