Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join our busy team at Blue Pelican Group. As a key member of our Property Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Property Team, including drafting and proofreading documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, contracts, and other legal papers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of property law and procedures to provide expert support to our lawyers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and procedures.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
