We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior HR Administrator to join our team at HR Revolution. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality HR administration, including onboarding new employees and managing monthly payroll.
  • Support the delivery team with HR-related tasks, such as client queries, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and manage HR-related data.
  • Draft and issue accurate HR documentation, including contracts, handbooks, and templates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve HR casework and support onsite meetings.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in people, HR, and employment law, with a desire to expand knowledge and develop an HR career.
  • Relevant HR accreditations, such as CIPD or Human Resources Management, are highly desirable.
