Account Executive

On behalf of our client, a leading software vendor specializing in BPM and automation solutions, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to cover the UKI and Benelux markets.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in solution sales, particularly within the BPM or automation space. You will play a crucial part in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and managing key accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UKI and Benelux regions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers to drive business results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in software solution sales, ideally with a focus on BPM or automation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Strong knowledge of the UKI and Benelux markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
